The Berlin-based DJ, radio host, and multidisciplinary creative’s club sets are deeply rooted in Black electronic music, effortlessly bridging the Atlantic, and blending contemporary club sounds with nostalgic influences. Moving seamlessly through US Club & Bass Music, UK Funky, and bass-heavy rhythms of the Caribbean as well as Central and South America, she crafts dynamic, groove-driven journeys built for the dancefloor.
Her vinyl selections reflect her rich musical foundation, highlighting soulful and funky sounds with impeccable taste.
As co-founder of SLIC Unit, resident at Golden Pudel Club in Hamburg, host of the monthly all-vinyl show „MUSIC CITY“ on Refuge Worldwide, and curator of the New York City & Berlin based event series „super sweet“, NISSA CARRINGTON continues to shape dance music culture both within and beyond the club.
